It was fine until it wasn’t. We were not notified that our child would start being seen by someone else. Then, we were not notified that our counselor was away for several weeks. We showed up for our last appointment, and no one was there. But I keep getting texts that my appointment is on. No response to text or email. I would consider this patient abandonment.
Front office manager is a pain to get through for information but blows you up when they need something. Information given is easily lost in communication with the office. Appt confirmation are not very throrough. Update: Lowered my rating from 2 to 1 starts. I attempted to book an appt after taking a month break and was canceled by the practice....by text. I love bringing my children to counseling at Better Tomorrows Begin Today. They have wonderful therapists and they make counseling therapy affordable. They took to the time to meet me for free first before providing play therapy with my kids. The therapists always address the concerns of the parents and keep me updated on what is working for my kids in therapy. The office staff is very prompt at notifying me about upcoming appointments. Great Experience.
