Absolutely no customer service since the switch to g and f ☹️
Proper customer service and upkeep on their premises is seriously lacking. The staff don't seem to care much about new customers, so I opened a corporate account at another financial institution.
Absolutely useless. Wouldn’t exchange CAD to USD for a member of another credit union - first they stated they could only do it for members, when I mentioned I am a member and own shares (confirmed by the teller), the story changed and they would only do it for a member with active accounts. Closed my accounts years ago due to issues and this just reinforced the decision.
