I am just at the beginning of the process! I spoke to the gentleman today! He ensures that he will be able to get my tax issues resolved! He was very professional and acted like he cared! He told me I will hear from my case worker in about 5 days but reassuring me I will be ok because I am retired and I have to have money to live on! I feel better today after talking to them! I am positive it will be taken care of! Looking forward to hearing from them soon i can breathe alittle better now!
