The *** does not charge you for a payment plan. I was on a payment plan with the *** when Better Tax Relief said That the *** has new programs and they can cut my balance in half or Eliminate my balance. They finally got back to me saying I was approved for a payment plan and charged me well over $3,000.00.I asked them to return my money and the refused to send me any money. Again, *** well not charge you for a payment plan.

i have had a negative review. My third payment is due next week and an ready to cancel the whole thing. i have left messages and only when i threatened to cancel the 2nd payment did he call. I am trying now to get his supervisor to find out what is going on. My contract is a *****

this company charge me $3890.00 for their services on where it would never resolve as they promise. They collect the money and also did my taxes for that year (2023) when I did my taxes with a different firm the *** took the money that I would be receiving back since this company never follow thru with the *** as they said they will, I receive 2 letters from the *** saying about the debt that I had but they never resolve the problem. Id like to say that I spoke with the gentleman ****. He was very polite and kind and not only helping me with my taxes. H*** also help me with some personal things that I was going through. I feel a lot better now that at least I got this off my chest and a lot more because he actually listened to my situation and help me get through it. Hes an amazing person and I was 100%. My tax relief case worker assigned to ME Riyad . Step in and handled my situation quick and efficiently. I’m pleased to say thank you . It took quite a bit faxing and phone calls until the job was done . Along with Phil they worked until the job was done. Due to financial burdens, they even worked with my financial situation until I’m down to the last payment. Thank you.

My feeling is that they are fake and possibly scammers. They have asked a million questions and are very pushy. The most important thing is that two officials have refused to present the final not to exceed payment amounts as they complete specific tasks.

I signed up with Better Tax Relief in August 2024 to do my ************************************************************ I was passed around to at least 3 or 4 individuals. I would call I would get a VM which I left every time was my call returned next to never. I wanted to know where we were at with my Taxes. I get a letter from the *** saying I owe $15,000. Then last week around the 5th of March saying I now owe $16,000 with penalties and interest. I took out a loan to hire Better Tax Relief. $4,400. They dont communicate w... read more

The gentleman that I spoke to about my tax return was very rude to my wife was not willing to help with our situation. All hewanted to do was argue and be little us All we wanted was our money returned to us They are very misleading and very rude. I would not recommend them to anybody.
