I signed up with Better Tax Relief in August 2024 to do my ************************************************************ I was passed around to at least 3 or 4 individuals. I would call I would get a VM which I left every time was my call returned next to never. I wanted to know where we were at with my Taxes. I get a letter from the *** saying I owe $15,000. The gentleman that I spoke to about my tax return was very rude to my wife was not willing to help with our situation. All hewanted to do was argue and be little us All we wanted was our money returned to us They are very misleading and very rude. I would not recommend them to anybody.
He seem like a nice guy. He just kept calling me mam and I'm not one. In fact he did it four times and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

I am just at the beginning of the process! I spoke to the gentleman today! He ensures that he will be able to get my tax issues resolved! He was very professional and acted like he cared! He told me I will hear from my case worker in about 5 days but reassuring me I will be ok because I am retired and I have to have money to live on! I feel better today after talking to them! I am positive it will be taken care of! Looking forward to hearing from them soon i can breathe alittle better now!
