I went to Better Stones about 2 weeks ago. I walked around the lot and then entered the office to get more information. There were 2 guys inside, a younger guy and an older one (no age disrespect, but to identify the one I spoke to). I asked the younger guy if he works there and his response in a very crude, sardonic manner was, "No, I am here just standing doing nothing" as if I should know he is an employee. No muss No fuss company. He knows his products and offers very fair prices. Great experience working with them on our project.
Have you ever walked into a business establishment where the employees all look your way, but no one offers to help? Have you ever stood there for a few minutes and then decide to speak up to get service and have them tell you to go outside and look for yourself?...as if they'd prefer not to serve you?
