I'm a new patient, having gone for one cleaning. I'll be going back. Excellent attention to detail. Tammie was my dental hygienist, she took the time to thoroughly overview my dental health, covering things that were never explained before. She also removed a very visible canine stain that previous hygienists left stained.
Stay away from the female dentist!!! Went in to have a stain removed from my fang tooth. All of a sudden she’s using tools on the back of my front teeth & telling me I need a root canal??? My previous X-rays from my dental cleaning showed no cavities! She drilled holes in the top of the back of my teeth, had to put a filling in & then started shaving down my bottom teeth so my mouth could close correctly. Every time I call to report an issue with my teeth, lesly purposely does not answer the phone. In order for them to answer, I have to call another location and request a transfer in order for this location to answer my calls or call use another phone number for lesly to answer. Very unprofessional for the front office staff.
This was my first appointment here and I couldn’t be more pleased! Jake was my dental hygienist and he was so informative and passionate about his work and made me feel comfortable the entire time! I usually have bad experiences when it comes to dental offices and I was skeptical coming here at first bit overall it was a nice experience!
