Michelle, the GM approached, and introduced herself to us, which I have never experienced before in a furniture store. Gary, our salesman, is the best! Knowledgeable, friendly and goes the extra mile to get the information you are looking for. I highly recommend this location.
Lack of customer service. Failure to keep delivery commitments. Stay away from this store and specifically this location. Absolute worse. Blew a $4k sale.
The sales people in the store were great, but the delivery service is horrible. Had to wait 2 weeks for the base to one of the beds to be available. Scheduled delivery for a few days after they said it would be in stock. Got all the delivery information, including the 3 hour window when everything would delivered. The night before, at 4:30pm, they left a voicemail that the base is still not available, so they took it off the order. By the time I got the voicemail, they were closed, so I now I had to accept partial order one ... read more
