Can't speak for Better Sleep, but Dr Cross's office is great (same building).
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. I WAS A PATIENT OF BETTER SLEEP CENTER PRIOR TO DR. HUMMEL LEAVING. ONCE THIS DR. KIWALTI CAME ON BOARD, THEY MISPLACED ME AS A PATIENT. I WAS NEVER CALLED OR CONSULTED ABOUT A DR. APPT. TO REVIEW MY COMPLIANCE WITH MY SLEEP MACHINE AND COULD NOT RECEIVE SUPPLIES FROM THE MEDICAL SUPPLY COMPANY DUE TO THEM NOT RESPONDING. I CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND IT WENT RIGHT TO VM WITH NO RETURN PHONE CALLS. LAST MONTH I PHYSICALLY WENT TO THE OFFICE AND REQUESTED A FORM TO TRANSFER MY MEDICAL RECORDS TO ANO... read more
Friendly staff, nice facility.
If i wanted to pay money for a doctor to give me zero options, no solutions to my issues and a problem with me telling my side with just snark? Id go to a ER in a Democrat run city. I shall not be returning and will find another sleep center l.
Might be one for sleep apnea, especially since the pulmonologist “diagnosed” me with it with it without laying a finger on me. Tried telling me the only worry if you breathe the smoke from inside a structure fire with no protection you only have to worry about carbon monoxide and it will resolve in a couple days. Might be ok for sleep stuff, don’t see for inhalation injury.
