Better Service sent Sean out to our house three different times to help us out with a water heater repair/replacement. They were patient working with our Home Warranty company and made sure they did everything to help us get our old unit replaced. Sean was fantastic, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He had our old water heater wheeled out and new unit installed in around an hour. Very efficient! We will definitely work with this company again and would recommend them to anyone needing service!
So Lowe's messed up the repair time and never told Austin. But he called them, got things straightened out and was at my home in about 30 minutes. Got my toilet taken care of without a problem. Highly recommend him.
Better Service LLC came out and maintenanced my AC. Very happy with the work done. Will definitely be calling this company again for my future needs.
