Robert purchased computers for his business & paid me thru his company check in the amount of $975, Checked bounced after 2 weeks and Robert stop accepting my calls. I filed a Bad Check Crime Report against him and the process is still going. This Business is a Cheat BEAWARE
Hired them over the phone Nov. 21 for 5 snow removals with 1 free for $225. Have been waiting since Monday to have my snow remove. It's now Friday. I talked to Robert last night and he said it would be done that night. It wasn't talked to him again this morning. Said it would be done by noon. It hasn't. Has stopped answering my calls. Rating is 2 for right now but goes to 1 if I don't get this resolved by Sunday.
I was looking for a company that could handle basically all my home needs because I didn't want to go with 7 different companies and have my business in so many places, Better Quality Solutions came to my home painted it from top to bottom after that I signed up for a deep cleaning which by the way all these services were great, and Last I got my carpet clean. They did an awesome Job and I am so glad I found them. I will be recommending you all to a lot of my friends and co-workers. Thanks again
Better Quality Solutions hired me to install network wiring for them at their place of business in West Chester, IL. I completed $500 worth of work and invoiced them. 4 days later I called to remind them to pay me. The owner paid me over the phone with a credit card. I found out just over a month later that the card had been stolen.... stolen from a woman who had Better Quality Solutions in her home giving her an estimate. So Better Quality Solutions was in a woman's home then paid me using the woman's credit card number.
