I am currently working through posture correction with Paul at Physio Nook. I am feeling/ looking fantastic with the small but noticeable changes occurring in my posture & core strength. Paul checks my posture monthly using a photographic grid/mapping system so you can clearly see your progress. Its empowering & I recommend getting into fixing your posture earlier rather than later to avoid the longer road to glory. My 20 minute daily commitment to the exercises is 120% worth the effort!
Really happy with the service Paul has been providing me since the start of 2023. I’m starting to see improvements in my posture but you need to be disciplined by keeping up with the required exercises. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to correct their posture.
