The old manager was just AWFUL, I'm so glad they finally got rid of her. Now that the owner hired a new one, the company has flourished! Their customer service is 1000% better! if you have tried using this company in the past and had a bad experience, try giving them another shot, you won't regret it!

I work with Tracie all the time at Better Portable Toilets and not only do they give us great customer service they make sure that we are never being over charged. They help us when we are in a pinch for a toilet and they are ALWAYS on time and are there when they say they will be. Wouldn't use another company.

We have used BPT for about four years now for Linn County Girl Scout day camp. The toilets are always clean, staff is friendly and great to work with. We will be using them for years to come.

WORST company ive experienced when needing porta potties for an event. Do not use. Toilets not cleaned regularly, not stocked with paper after cleaning. Unless you want to sit on a literal overflowing toilet of fecal matter, don't use this company!
