Bit late with this review, but I really wanted to give a big shoutout to Ruth and Cody from Better Pools & Spas. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish! Ruth was always so friendly and helpful, keeping me updated every step of the way, and Cody went above and beyond on-site to make sure everything was perfect. They both made the whole process so easy and stress-free — a real credit to the company. Couldn’t be happier with our pool and the service from these two!
brilliant!! the problem was identified immediately (and explained to me). BPS sourced a new pump in a couple of days and Cody installed it and made sure everything was up and running OK - he even scrubbed some calcium deposits from the mosaic tiles!! couldn't have asked for more!! I so love this pool... highly recommended! springcatz
Brilliant company to deal with, they provided straight up advice, no crap and no fluff. What you asked for is what you got and the quality was second to none. After sales service has been incredibly easy as well and even some items I requested were sent free of charge with their team ensuring we were always looked after.
We couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly from start to finish. They walked us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were completely satisfied with the final product. Our new pool looks fantastic and has completely transformed our backyard. Highly recommend Better Pools & Spas if you're looking for quality work and great customer service!
