Good service. Had pool made while house was getting built. Was made on time. Everyone was easy to reach out too.

The construction of our pool took months due to some reasonable delays but made it before summer. We enjoyed our pool so much and thanks to Rick and the team for making it possible to construct the pool as the access to the backyard seems challenging. Rick always responds promptly if i have questions/concerns during the construction phase

Highly recommend Rick and the team from Better Pools and Spas. We had a complex pool project that involved sandstone excavation in close proximity to the home. They have a very professional and quality-focused approach. The team treated our property like their own, were great communicators, worked with us through challenges that arose and the end result was brilliant. After handover support has also been great. The team are always happy to help with any questions we have about maintenance and equipment operation.
