Our dog was referred for a cardiac test in December 25. We were suppose to get the results back within 10 days. January I rang asking about them. They sent a copy of the results but we are still waiting for the vet to contact us to explain them.
Excellent care and communication. Couldn't rate these guys enough. Always friendly, caring and understanding.
When my dog Oscar was attacked by two dogs, the team at both the Northern Beaches and Andergrove locations worked something out to make time for him to been seen and receive care, despite both locations being fully booked for the day. He was very well looked after at Andergrove and vet Tina was so lovely. We are so thankful our boy received the best care he could after such a hard experience for him. This is why despite living on the other side of the river we still take Oscar to Better Pet Vets. Thank you
I just needed my cat to be looked at or given some medication so he could last the 7 days till they had an appointment. I have seen them twice already for my cat who is not getting better, and they said they would ring me or get something prescribed for the Xmas break. Nothing happened and they didn’t care that I cancelled my appointment to see someone else. They used to be really good.
