I called to set up an appointment and was told to bring my car in on Thursday (I was not given a time frame to bring it in, I was not told to bring it in in the morning, I was just told to bring it in on Thursday, which I can prove because I record all of my business calls just in case of issues such as this. Because of this I assumed the appointment was Friday and they wanted me to bring it in a day early so it was there in the morning, like every other mechanic shop I have ever worked with does.
