HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! I ordered product in May. I was told I would have in July. Tired Covid excuse. I was told I would have at the end of August. Came and went. In July I was told product was on a "vessel in line at the LA port" Now I am told they have no idea when I will get the product. I am in distribution and I know vendors can get dates. There is NO way that the back up WHILE IN PORT in 2 MONTHS - this is RIDICULOUS - I had product come from ITALY faster. POOR customer service and vague answers. I was g... read more
