Booked online with Better Nail Salon and showed up on time, only to be told they “never saw” my appointment. No apology, just rude and rushed service to fit me in. Completely unprofessional.
Big fan of Andre and his work! He was kind, quick and has a steady hand to get a pedicure and manicure done the right way. Highly recommend.
Called to inquire about nail services, only to be hung up on by the same person twice! Only leaving a review because I've never had a buisness deliberately hang up, twice. I would suggest going elsewhere.
