I started going to the Better Minds Group in August of 2024. I started Biofeedback right away and it has changed my life. After doing the screening it was determined that I do Neuroptimal and after a handful of sessions it has truly changed my life. Traditional talk therapy can be hard for people and with the biofeedback, you don't have to talk about it.
