Wow! I can't say enough good things about Better Minds Counselling. From the very first free consultation, I felt *truly* heard, which honestly isn't always easy to find in a therapy setting. Kelly gave me real tools I could actually use and I left feeling like I had done something good for myself. Session availability is very flexible which is great for my schedule, too.
