I made an appointment at last week in the afternoon at 15.30. They couldn't call until 16.30. one hour later. I couldn't answer the call as I have my own appointment as well. Therefore, I made an appointment at 9.45 again this morning as I thought in the morning the time won't be delayed too much. I arrived at 9.44 and was standing in the front desk.
