Quality of care isn't present. Upon receiving my lab results and diagnosing me with a chronic disease- I was supposed to be referred to a specialist. I never was, and have been attempting to contact her office to no avail ever since. Truly disappointing.

BEWARE At first, Dr.Iyer seemed to be the best doctor I’ve ever come across but of course it was too good to be true. The way she runs her clinic is very unprofessional and It’s extremely hard to get in touch with her and her staff. She won’t give you proper care unless you spend money at her clinic. She is still taking new patients but doesn’t have time for the ones that she has. Not to mention she has numerous sanctions against her so just do yourself a favour and keep looking for a doctor so you don’t have to suffer like ... read more

I really liked what I saw in the reviews for Dr. Iyer initially and tried unsuccessfully over a period of several months to get an appointment with Dr. Iyer. There was either no answer at the phone number given for her office (during business hours) or the call was routed to an answering service with no follow up return call afterwards. Dr Iyer’s office called me a week after I called the receptionist letting her know that I was new to the province and that I needed a family doctor. An appointment was made and Dr Iyer called within the confirmed appointment time. She was wonderful on the phone and very easy to talk to. I am happy to have found her and trust my future dealings will be as positive an experience as the first.

My first interaction with Dr. Iyer was a couple of weeks ago. She had contacted me via phone to discuss some of my concerns and advise if she would be able to take me on as a patient. Before this interaction, I had spent some time researching her history in medicine and read quite a few reviews.
