Very detailed and understanding provider. I also appreciate being able to text to schedule instead of calling, much easier with my work schedule. I also like having telehealth as then I don't have to travel since I live outside the Rockford area.
I always feel better after a session with Kim. I would recommend her to anyone who needs counseling
