Horrible customer service!! Been waiting on a response since December 2025 and till this day, I have not received a call back. I have been calling everyday for an update regarding a device which is needed for an every day chronic condition. Today was the absolute best interaction when the agent was dismissive and disrespectful speaking over me, and decided she should hang up on me. I respectfully request this matter to be investigated.

THEY WILL SEND YOU UNEXPECTED BILLS AND INSIST INSURANCE DENIED YOUR CLAIM. BUT INSURANCE WILL TELL YOU THEY NEVER RECEIVED A CLAIM. YOU WILL BE TRAPPED IN A VICOUS CYCLE FOR MONTHS. All was good until I received an unexpected bill. I provided my insurance details for a breast pump and the rep came back with a list of pumps that were fully covered under my policy. I have now received a bill saying I owe 20% after my insurance coverage (the amount due is more than what I could have bought the pump for from Medela’s website or Amazon!) Customer service is awful. You get the run around same thing over and over. Need notes need prescription. send it to them it's okay then they call again asking for the same thing. It is like going in circles and getting nowhere. Talk to one person (by the way who does not even speak good English). Who tells me after me letting him know that the stuff was sent in 3X's then it mysteriously it is there and my stuff will be sent out the next day. Yeah, That's a big NO. Tired of the Run around. Maybe the BBB is the next step.
