On July 24, about the hottest day of the year, our A/C gave out. We called 6 HVAC companies and no one could look after it. On our lucky 7th call, we got hold of Mike at Better Living and he was able to be here in 45 minutes! He analyzed the problem, fixed the problem, cleaned the furnace and heat pump, checked refrigerant level and topped it up and we were back in business that afternoon. Mike was very patient with me as I applied for rebates…..which took much longer than expected! This was ‘new’ for our condo….he came over twice to talk to members of our Strata Council and members in our building! Travelling from Penticton to Grand Forks (approx 21/2 hours each way!) Mike and his crew were super responsive, on time, hard working and clean up was amazing. Highly recommend.
We had Mitsubishi air-conditioners installed by Better Living two weeks ago. The job went smoothly. We had a little glitch that Mike took care of immediately. We're ready for the dawg days of summer! We researched the brand and with the warranty and Better Living's service we'd recommend them for your air-conditioning wishes.
Worst service ever! Jen Klassen made a mess of our reno.
