Dr. Julie is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. An excellent listener who is able to provide clear answers to questions about complex hearing tech. A pleasure to work with!
Julie and Cory are both good abut explaining how hearing aides work, patient in teaching me how to install them in my ears, and answering my questions. I appreciate their help and am gradually getting used to putting them in my ears, and adjusting the volume on my phone for various situations. Thank you. A good investment!!
