Poor poor experience. They are either run horribly or abusing the medical and insurance billing system. The full reasoning is below - but what BLP is doing is hurting people. I’ve been with better life for a while now. From day 1 they had a script called in with less then 4 hours. I gave my ins info and before even verified fully they was taking care of me. The worst issues I have run into with BLP is the local pharmacy chains “ WALGREENS” Horrible!!! The biddeofrd maine location a cpuple issues and the Most Issues WALGREENS WINDHAM,Me. HORRIBLE. These people are very difficult to get in touch with and I’m writing this because I have a family member who uses them and every month there seems to be an issue mostly they can’t count 28 days they give you 28 days worth of medication and then make you wait 30 to refil it.. there are better providers out there.. if you don’t want a hassle every month don’t use them…
This place is unprofessional. They give appointments then act like the appointment doesn't exist. They are not professional, organized, and there doctors are not board certified.
The level of care I just received from Better Life Partners is quite frankly astounding to me. I was with my wonderful former telehealth group for a whole year but they could no longer meet emerging regulation in my state so I had to seek another provider. The first provider I called - a hybrid physical/telehealth clinic not far from me - strung me along for an over a week.
