Paul was amazing, saw me on short notice and went out of his way to ease the pain, Very appreciative and thankful.
Brought the grandkids here after they were complaining about sore backs from soccer practice. The chiropractor was gentle with them and explained everything clearly. Clean office and the front desk person was very patient with all our questions. Great spot for families with active kids who need adjustments.
Would not recommend. The whole experience felt rushed and impersonal from the moment I walked in. Instead of taking time to understand the issue, it seemed like they were trying to move patients through as quickly as possible. The explanations were vague and I never really felt confident about what was being done or why. The adjustment itself felt overly aggressive and I actually left feeling more stiff than when I arrived. After several visits, I noticed little to no improvement in my mobility or back pain. Love how this place fits right into the Los Altos vibe. Found them through some online research when my lower back was acting up from too much desk time. The chiropractor really took time to explain what was going on with my spine. Adjustments felt targeted and effective. 😊 Office has that clean, welcoming feel you expect in this area.
