People i dealt with have heart. They care. After sales service is great too. No ripoffs - it's not easy to make a living And care = so support them.
This place was a life saver. Mark went above and beyond and my family are so grateful to him. We visited from Sydney and mum hurt herself the day before our flight. Even though the store had already closed, Mark came back and opened up for us. He also had great recommendations for us with places to visit that were wheelchair friendly. This is more than great service, Mark is a great person, thank you!
Amazing service. All we wanted was to hire a lightweight wheelchair for 2 weeks whilst on holiday but the attention was beyond our expectations. Very reasonable hire fee and deposit. Such helpfulness. And advice on places to visit! Highly recommended.
We were on holiday from England visiting our friends who live in Busselton due to my wife’s mobility restrictions we hired a mobility scooter from Better Life. We can only highly recommend this company the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful in every way. If you require anything scooter chairs etc these are the people to visit Thankyou for making our stay in Australia a little bit better
