Charity is someone who truly cares about her clients and will go the extra mile ! My severely disabled adult daughter came home with 20 lbs of fluid after a week long hospital stay post surgery. Getting her in and out of a car is a huge challenge so Charity came to our house to see her. She worked on moving the excess fluid in her right leg up so she can eliminate it. Within an hour she had put out an extra 100ml of urine. Charity is coming back next week so I’ll update the progress at that time too.
This place surprised me in all good ways. I took a chance as I haven’t been there before and it exceeded all my expectations. Charity is very down to earth and knowledgeable, her hands are magical, and the prices are affordable.
The therapist at Better Life Better Performance was absolutely amazing. On May 11, I reached out to get an appointment specifically for neck and shoulder pain. She had immediate availability on that Thursday, May 14, and the process from completing paperwork to the end of the appointment was smooth. At the beginning of my appointment, I had extreme tension, which was causing me a severe headache, and I left feeling pain-free.
