We hired betterland to apply for tourist visas for 4 people. Everyone got rejected for the reason below: "The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application." They don't even bother to read the application they submit. They were super slow in communications and at some point stopped talking to me after my follow ups. Childish behaviour and unprofessional service. Don't waste your money and time with them.
