All the staff at Better in Home Care are fantastic! They treat my mom with respect, kindness, compassion and dignity! They are very flexible with hours and are there in a pinch when the schedule changes unexpectedly! Communication is easy, quick and with fast replies. I learned that all of their caregivers are background checked at a high level and they are required to be certified by the State -- which many agencies do not require!
