The overall process of getting a place can be a bit tidious and for some overwhelming, however the better housing coalition came prepared. I had the pleasure of working with Dreyvon. From the moment we started the process he was professional and accommodating where he could be and he made the entire process seem like a breeze but I know it was anything but. Definitely deserves a 5-star rating for customer service
Roderick cook is awesome......he has gone above and beyond to ensure my problem was corrected he worked great under the pressures I may have caused as a client and he has assured and reassured that he can get the job done....... he's very dependable and allowed me to feel safe and secure in choosing my complex.....looking forward to building a professional relationship with bhc
Dreyvon Johnson is amazing, he is very professional and understanding ti the needs of the tenants. Great customer skills and very helpful .
Took a tour of a property and submitted an application. Never received a response from their office with approval or denial. Left several voicemails as they never answer the phone and never received a call back. I stopped by their office during their posted open hours and office was locked and closed. Completely unresponsive and not helpful if searching for housing. Don't waste your time with this organization.
