Awful service! – This used to be a great place to buy from and get service from. This was the worst and most stressful service experience I have ever had!! I needed to get my Jennair stove fixed. The burner blew out. They came to my house on Aug 24th and said they would order the parts and they would be in in 3-5 days. On the 26th I called and was told the parts were on the truck and that they would call me on Monday to set up call. No call, so I called both Tuesday and Wednesday and was told the same thing and still no one ... read more
