Everyone at better homes was excellent to work with. We met Fred sr and Matt at bill lakes open house a couple years ago. We had looked into building a house and quickly realized it was out of our price range. After talking to Matt at better homes we agreed on a beautiful home that we couldn’t be happier with! Brenda, Fred and crew were great! Everyone is very knowledgable and experienced at what they do. Very up front, honest and trustworthy with no hidden surprises or gimmicks.
