Very professional
I went to Better Homes and Garden in March. I have a problem with drainage on the side of the house and water comes in our basement. They came out and gave me an estimate and said they couldn’t do it until the end of April. We agreed and they said they would be out the end of April. It’s September and they still haven’t shown up. I called them several weeks ago and they remembered coming out. But they didn’t apologize for the delay or a time line when they would come.
