Bought a pellet stove and had it installed this week, the two guys that came out to install were great and very nice
company sucks, don't respond to service calls. this is my second time I am putting this review here, the first one seems to have disappeared. I wonder how many dissatisfied customers such as myself there really are.
we have purchased a ton of stuff from Coz at this location in Warminister. He has been excellent in customer service and standing behind the products he has sold to us. Not to mention his brands are the top brands. Over 30 years, several thousand dollars of merchandise and no problems, lots satisfaction, and the new owners are great as well. We have made purchases from them and they are great to deal with.
As an officer of Better Homes Hearth and Patio Inc. I am sorry to see so many dissatisfied customers. Better Homes opened at this location in April 2013, we are not aware of this umbrella problem from July 2013 and would gladly help if we can. As for the rest they all occurred under previous ownership. I am at the Fairless hills location and always ready to assist a customer with a issue, 215 269 9900. Pete Stillitano
We purchased an umbrella for the express intent of staying dry while grilling. We were “guided” to one that was on sale, (it had a stain). Well it rained tonight and we had “soup” instead of chops. At least it seemed like that. It’s pretty bad when your wife looks at the chops and asks if this is juice or water. Stay away from these folks!
