It has been a month since I had the service person come look at my dishwasher, and it is still not fixed. A month ago a repair person came (collected the $70) and said he needed to order a part that was in Tallahassee. Due to the cost and the age of the dishwasher, I wanted to get in touch with my husband who is deployed to see if he wanted to replace it or fix it. I called these people to get a estimate on repairing my dryer. They came out said it would be $150 and that I would have to wait two weeks. I waited two weeks and then when they finally showed up he told me he couldn’t fix it. Then after all of that they still charged me the $60 service fee.
Because I have old Kenmore appliances, I have called Better Homes a number of times. Larry recently unclogged the drain line in the freezer of my very old Kenmore refrigerator. He is very knowledgeable about these old appliances and educates you about them. The receptionist has outstanding customer service skills. I highly recommend Better Homes.
Arrived on time; fixed my dishwasher; reasonable price. What else can you ask for.
They are always nice and do the job. They are the best. The same guy has been out to fix my refrigerator, washer and dryer. He's always nice and calls before arriving.
