If I can give a zero star, I would! This real estate agency used to be great under the old management, but not the new management now! Horrible customer service experience. Since February 2023, there had been payment issues with their bank, which resulted in water bill unpaid and gone overdue, water usage not charged to the tenants since February 2023 and I have been following up with the property manager, the principal and the accountant more than 10 times via phone calls and emails.
