Steven Bennet with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Homecity booked a showing at my home and did not bother to show up or take the 2 seconds to cancel the showing. Being that we still reside in the home, it takes a bit of effort to get the home ready for a showing and then pack up our 6 month old and vacate the premises for the hour he had booked to show the property. I had a terrible experience with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate homecity at 8122 Whisper Oak, San Antonio, TX 78266. The agent was irritated when I ask to go see the property, to see if the list of agreed upon repairs were completed before closing. She acted like I had no right to see if the repairs were completed. This office has a connection with Bluebonnet Property management, they state they are in the same office and yet they couldn't relay the message to them to give the renters notice that we needed to review th... read more
