Over many years Alan has fixed nearly every appliance we have, he has recommended replacement brands so we have not seen him in a while. We were thrilled that he was available recently to fix our washer. He did a lot of research on his own time to figure out the part and it’s availability and came as soon as the part came. He fixed it quickly and offered a little consult on a quirky new refrigerator. We have always been impressed with Alan’s knowledge and efficiency.
This man is a bad person, he works for a warranty company called Fidelity warranty services. He came to my residence, would not listen to a word I said, he proceeded to take out the baking element without turning off the power, and pushed the back of the element lead into the back of the oven causing it to arc and weld the lead to the back of the oven. Alan is the best! I’ve used him for washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. My extended family has used him for repairs as well. He’s honest, reliable, and does an amazing job keeping our appliances running! I was here looking up his nuber because my newish dishwasher is acting up!
Alan came to fix my leaking GE dishwasher. He spent almost an hour diagnosing it and could not locate the source of the leak. He was able to narrow it down but it could have been one or more of several parts. Instead of spending more of my time chasing it down he recommended I contact GE to get someone familiar with the model and carrying the necessary parts in.
