Brian and his team were very polite with yea sir and yes ma’am. They made sure they put covers on their shoes when they came in our house to put in the thermostat plus his employee Showed us how to use the thermostat. They had the new ac in and working very quickly and they made sure all the trash was picked up and they took it with them.
I have owned homes in multiple states including Oklahoma and Florida, so I now first hand the importance of having an experienced, reliable, honest heating and air conditioning provider you can count on especially in extreme hot and cold temperatures. I had a wonderful experience with Better Heating and Air Conditioning today. I called them this morning and an hour later Jim showed up at my house. He was very professional and even put shoe cover on before entering the house. He had the problem diagnosed in about 5 minutes and had it fixed in 20! He gave alot of useful information on how to keep the system running better. Pricing wasn't bad either. I will definitely be using this company for any further HVAC needs! Very positive experience. ☺️
Our AC was struggling to keep up. I called another company and they wanted to charge me almost $3000 dollars to make the repair. I called this company and Jim came out and fixed the issue for less than $300. Highly recommend them!
Brian and his team were amazing. They came out and fixed our A/C the day after we called and even found out the part we needed was under warranty. Fast, professional, fairly priced and honest. Thank you so much!
