A horrible experience. This woman was completely unprofessional, talked down to me as if I were an idiot, did not believe the hearing aid history I provided, interrupted me, talked over me -- and all in the waiting room in front of a room full of people! When I tried (through interruptions) to explain that one of the aids was not working properly, she announced that there was nothing wrong with it.
