Beware. My mother purchased hearing aides from Better Hearing 4 years ago. She never had an issue with anyone personally which is the reason for two stars. However, she found out recently that the hearing aides that she purchased were USED. The Bill of Sale indicates that they were new. She would never have paid $6,000 for used hearing aides.
It was a pleasure working with Jonathan and his staff. Very professional, friendly, and you can tell their care about all of their clients. Highly recommended. They offer free hearing tests Such a great service to provide to the public. Go visit Jonathan and experience it for yourself.
