Went to the Office as my hearing aids were not working. Met with very polite and engaging staff. Possible problems were explained in detail. Began with a cleaning and momentarily Dr. Clampitt returned and stated they only needed a CLEANING. I was overwhelmed with their honesty, professionalism and integrity. They signed me up for 6month cleaning. A.O
This place is absolutely terrific! Sue is extremely knowledgeable and personable. She has been of enormous help both to me and my daughter, who had received insufficient help from another hearing aid center.
61 years old and finally broke down and got hearing aids. I found this company because I got a letter in the mail. It was close to home so I tried it. It was so easy and fast to get an appointment and the visit was right on time and also was a short appt. I had a hearing test and a trial pair of hearing aids all in about 1/2 hour! Accompanied my husband on his visit to the hearing consultant and was immediately impressed by the young woman in the front office. Personable, professional, pleasant--all the qualities that make a good impression and put you at ease.

I was very pleased with everyone I met at this facility. From the clerical and office people to the board certified specialist. . This is my first time with hearing aids,, it seems a bit overwhelming, but I feel confident with the ongoing help from all members of this organization. I highly recommend them!
