One can only speak as one finds----and this company is excellent; they are helpful,compassionate and professional, generally punctual bearing in mind the knock on effect of delays TGPepper

My sister had carers from Better Healthcare October 2019 for a few weeks when she was sent home from hospital. I met the two young ladies who came in the morning and lunchtime. They were really lovely and and my sister thought the world of them. She also spoke very highly of the other carers that came into her. My sister eventually had to go into a care home but she always spoke of how kind, caring and cheerful the carers were from this agency. Thank you Better Healthcare Services.

I don't know who wrote positive comments, friends and family?! They don't deserve a single star. Please if you have elderly or disabled family member, avoid! Poor management and inexperienced staff in Luton! Child would be a better care provider! They shouldn't exist because they are risk to peoples life and health! Too many complaints that were completely ignored! Never improved! The staff is always late or too early, the office has a big mess and has no clue whats going on.
