Awful company. They are really nice to you at the beginning of application which fills you with hope. They come under the umbrella of sonderwell group. I had a telephone interview and all good. No response despite saying that I would hear back within 2 days. After repeated calls and the receptionist constantly giving me excuses as to why I can't speak to the lady dealing with my application, I emailed them to withdraw my application. I then get an email back saying I'd been unsuccessful. Very unprofessional
Horrible experience l spoke to some individual called jonne who accused me of having a attitude...l called because l was not given a welcome pack or any info regarding Covid 19...policy... l was booked onto a care package ...which l declined...Rude staff..No info on policy..projected her attitude onto me...AVOID AT ALL COST...Lots of other good agencies around....Do not associate with this Horrible organisation ...London branch
