This place is very special because they have lower prices than other pharmacies. They are always very attentive to fill the medicines that people need. I am very grateful because they have put a lot of effort so that I can have a medicine that has been exhausted everywhere for the last 5 months. I wish them continued success in their work. I've been using Better Health Pharmacy for several years. We moved from the neighborhood and I still drive back because I'm never going to find better customer care than here. I had an extremely difficult situation with my health insurance coverage and they were the first to discover the problem and did cartwheels to help me have the documentation I needed in the fix process. This pharmacy is one of the few places where I never hesitate to ask questions. The staff explain things patiently and never make you feel embarrassed for needing clarification about medications or treatments.
I came in with questions about possible side effects of a new medication. The pharmacist explained everything in simple language and encouraged me to call if I experienced any problems. Excellent customer care.
