My experience echos what others have said: hostile receptionists, long wait times (all the while the physician has no other patient), and receptionists who tell you to go to a walk-in clinic, even though this is one. Also, my doctor was unsympathetic to my previous trauma at another clinic. Many other problems, including someone called the Office Manager who ran away from the receptionist who was being rude to me. Yipes!
