Better Health Home Care came at a time when I didn't know what to do with my mom. Ms. Grace and her team assisted me through the process of getting my mom services. Her lovely energy was everything to my mom and right then I knew we had the right agency! I think every agency needs to put quality care first just like this agency has done for us. We are bless!
Nurse always arriving 30 minutes to an hour late. It have been days that no one showed up and the agency will not contact you to let you know. They are very unprofessional the owner will lie to you and the staff just to keep the case. One day i called the PCA that was suppose to come she said that she didn't have no gas to come because they didn't pay her when they was suppose to. Dont let your love ones be with this company or dont work for them.
