I love this place! The staff is great, Shawn is very knowledgeable in his products and is helpful in advice that can help my athletic performance. The Cryo therapy is so refreshing and they even have a massage therapist. I’m sold!!!
Love this place!! I’ve only gone a few times but I plan to continue going. I love how I feel each time I finish a freeze. Shawn is super friendly and makes sure you feel comfortable each time you go. I definitely recommend trying cryotherapy if you’re on the fence about it.

I love this place! Helps with my back and hip pain, and relief is immediate. Professional, clean and a very friendly staff.
I love this place. I've met Shawn , Jade, and Brittney , they're all great! I just started "freezing" a few months ago and I keep coming back. Helps me reset mentally and really has helped my knee since I injured or running.
I feel instant relief from joint pain!
